Call to Worship
Behold, how good and pleasant it is
when brothers dwell in unity!
It is like the precious oil on the head,
running down on the beard,
on the beard of Aaron,
running down on the collar of his robes!
It is like the dew of Hermon,
which falls on the mountains of Zion!
For there the Lord has commanded the blessing,
life forevermore.
— Psalm 133 (ESV)
To all who are weary and need rest;
To all who mourn and long for comfort;
To all who feel worthless and wonder if God even cares;
To all who are weak and fail and desire strength;
To all who sin and need a Savior —
This church opens wide her doors with a welcome from Jesus,
the mighty Friend of sinners, the Ally of His enemies,
the Defender of the indefensible,
the Justifier of those who have no excuses left…
Song of Adoration
Only a Holy God
Verse 1
Who else commands all the hosts of heaven?
Who else could make every king bow down?
Who else can whisper and darkness trembles?
Only a Holy God
Verse 2
What other beauty demands such praises?
What other splendor outshines the sun?
What other majesty rules with justice?
Only a Holy God
Chorus
Come and behold Him
The One and the Only
Cry out, sing holy
Forever a Holy God
Come and worship the Holy God
Verse 3
What other glory consumes like fire?
What other power can raise the dead?
What other name remains undefeated?
Only a Holy God
Verse 4
Who else could rescue me from my failing?
Who else would offer His only Son?
Who else invites me to call Him Father?
Only a Holy God, only my Holy God

Confession of Sin
“If among you, one of your brothers should become poor, in any of your towns within your land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart or shut your hand against your poor brother, but you shall open your hand to him and lend him sufficient for his need, whatever it may be. Take care lest there be an unworthy thought in your heart and you say, ‘The seventh year, the year of release is near,’ and your eye look grudgingly on your poor brother, and you give him nothing, and he cry to the Lord against you, and you be guilty of sin. You shall give to him freely, and your heart shall not be grudging when you give to him, because for this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you undertake. For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.’”
— Deuteronomy 15:7–11 (ESV)
Most merciful God, we confess
that we have sinned against You
in thought, word, and deed,
by what we have done, and
by what we have left undone.
We have not loved You with our whole heart;
we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves.
We are truly sorry and we humbly repent.
For the sake of Your Son Jesus Christ,
have mercy on us and forgive us;
that we may delight in Your will,
and walk in Your ways,
to the glory of Your Name.
Amen.
Song of Confession
Come Ye Souls By Sin Afflicted
Verse 1
Come ye souls by sin afflicted,
Bowed with fruitless sorrow down
By the broken law convicted,
Through the cross behold the crown
Look to Jesus, look to Jesus
Look to Jesus
Mercy flows through Him alone
Verse 2
Take His easy yoke and wear it
Love will make your obedience sweet
Christ will give you strength to bear it
While His grace shall guide your feet
Safe to glory, safe to glory
Safe to glory
Where His ransomed captives meet.
Verse 3
Bless-ed are the eyes that see Him
Blest the ears that hear His voice
Bless-ed are the souls that trust Him
And in Him alone rejoice
His commandments, His commandments
His commandments
Then become their happy choice
Verse 4
Sweet as home to pilgrims weary
Light to newly opened eyes
Like full springs in deserts dreary
Is the rest the cross supplies
All who taste it, all who taste it
All who taste it
Shall to rest immortal rise

Assurance of Pardon
I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd…
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.
— John 10:14–16, 27–29 (ESV)
Song of Thanks
All Creatures of Our God & King
Verse 1
All creatures of our God and King
Lift up your voice and with us sing
Alleluia, alleluia!
Thou burning sun with golden beam
Thou silver moon with softer gleam
O praise him, O praise him
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia
Verse 2
Thou rushing winds that art so strong
Ye clouds that sail in Heav'n along
O praise him, alleluia!
Thou rising morn, in praise rejoice
Ye lights of evening, find a voice
O praise him, O praise him
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia
Verse 3
Let all things their creator bless
And worship him in humbleness,
O praise him, alleluia!
Praise, praise the Father, praise the Son
And praise the Spirit, Three in One
O praise him, O praise him
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.

Song of Supplication
We Will Feast In the House of Zion
Chorus
We will feast in the house of Zion
We will sing with our hearts restored
He has done great things, we will say together
We will feast and weep no more
Verse 1
We will not be burned by the fire
He is the LORD our God
We are not consumed, by the flood
Upheld, protected, gathered up
Verse 2
In the dark of night, before the dawn
My soul, be not afraid
For the promised morning, oh how long?
Oh God of Jacob, be my strength
Verse 3
Every vow we’ve broken and betrayed
You are the Faithful one
And from the garden to the grave
Bind us together, bring shalom

Nicene Creed
We believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
begotten from the Father
before all ages,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made;
of the same essence as the Father.
Through Him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
He came down from heaven;
He became incarnate by the Holy Spirit
and the virgin Mary, and was made human.
He was crucified for us
under Pontius Pilate;
He suffered and was buried.
The third day He rose again,
according to the Scriptures.
He ascended to heaven and is
seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again with glory
to judge the living and the dead.
His kingdom will never end.
And we believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life.
He proceeds from the Father and the Son,
and with the Father and the Son
is worshiped and glorified.
He spoke through the prophets.
We believe in one holy Church.
We affirm one baptism
for the forgiveness of sins.
We look forward to the
resurrection of the dead,
and to life in the world to come.
Amen!
Communion
. . . the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”
In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”
For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.
— 1 Corinthians 11:23–26 (ESV)
Doxology

Praise Him all creatures here below
Praise Him above ye heav’nly host

Amen
Benediction
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ
and the love of God
and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit
be with you all.
— 2 Corinthians 13:14 (ESV)
